Privacy, Terms and Conditions
Payment for day workshops are payable at the time of booking and are non-returnable.
Deposits for longer workshops are non-returnable but may be transferred to another course, if notice is given at least eight weeks prior to the workshop start date. A £20 transfer fee applies.
The final balance is due eight weeks before the start of the workshop. Reminders are not issued so, when you receive our acknowledgement, please make a note of when the balance is due.
Please note that cancellation less than eight weeks before the start of the workshop will result in the full fee being retained.
Payment of the balance fee can be made by debit card or by cheque payable to ‘Field Breaks’ or by BACS:
NatWest, Sort Code: 60-10-19, Account No: 89067045, Account Name: Field Breaks.
Please advise us of any specific dietary requirements when booking and also of any medical conditions we should be aware of.
If you need to cancel your place once you have booked onto a workshop please confirm in writing. Please note an invoice will be issued for any outstanding fees as per our terms and conditions.
If you cancel your place after paying the balance fee, we are unable to refund your monies.
We reserve the right to replace the Tutor for the workshop if the original Tutor is unable to tutor for reasons beyond their control.
If the course is unexpectedly cancelled by the venue provider, then Field Breaks Art will endeavour to find a suitable alternative venue so that the workshop can proceed.
In the event of extreme weather, or other act of God (i.e. Covid) where a workshop is unable to proceed, your booking will be transferred to another workshop of your choosing.
We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate holiday insurance to cover risks such as cancellation, including cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, loss or ill health as Field Breaks cannot be held responsible.
