Large Skies across the Waters in Acrylics

Using interactive acrylic paints, all provided, professional artist, Fraser Scarfe will help us achieve an impressive scene of large skies over the water, painting with us, stage by stage, using photographic reference, to achieve a striking painting by the end of the day.  Tutor: Fraser Scarfe

Fraser’s extremely well explained workshop is suitable for all abilities including those new to painting with acrylics.

Please bring a large canvas or board, approx 16″ x 20″ or larger, with a range of brushes - and ideally a 1 inch household brush.

Desk or floor standing easel, preferably, or you can work at a table.

Optional - pencil and sketchbook.

Water pot and apron.

A large painting palette (or white china plate).  Fraser will supply us all with the paints for the workshop.

10:00 am – 3:30 pm.  Refreshments provided and with everyone bringing a packed lunch.  Parking is on site at the Art Room.

This is a day workshop.
