How to Pay
All major debit and credit cards accepted. Paypal accepted.
If you would like to send a BACS payment, the details are: NatWest, Sort Code: 60-10-19, Account No: 89067045, Account Name: Field Breaks. Please use your name as a reference.
To send a cheque, the address is Field Breaks Art, 116 Clay Lane, Clay Cross, Chesterfield S45 9AW. Please make cheques payable to Hazel Money. Please call 07984 887133 if you have any questions, thank you.
Terms
Payment for day workshops are payable at the time of booking and are non-returnable.
Deposits for longer workshops are non-returnable but may be transferred to another course, if notice is given at least eight weeks prior to the workshop start date. A £20 transfer fee applies.
The final balance is due eight weeks before the start of the workshop. Reminders are not issued so, when you receive our acknowledgement, please make a note of when the balance is due.
Please note that cancellation less than eight weeks before the start of the workshop will result in the full fee being retained.
Payment of the balance fee can be made by debit card or by cheque payable to ‘Field Breaks’ or by BACS:

Please advise us of any specific dietary requirements when booking and also of any medical conditions we should be aware of.
Cancellations
Your deposit secures your place on a course, and once booked, can stop others from booking that place. Withdrawal of a place on a course may make the whole course unviable. Therefore deposits are not returnable. If you need to cancel your place once you have booked onto a workshop please confirm in writing. Please note an invoice will be issued for any outstanding fees as per our terms and conditions.
If you cancel your place after paying the balance fee, we are unable to refund your monies.
We reserve the right to replace the tutor for the workshop if the original tutor is unable to tutor for reasons beyond their control.
If the course is unexpectedly cancelled by the venue provider, then Field Breaks Art will endeavour to find a suitable alternative venue so that the workshop can proceed.
In the event of extreme weather, or other act of God (i.e. a Covid lockdown) where a workshop is unable to proceed, your booking can be transferred to another workshop of your choosing. For bookings made before 2020, your payments can be transferred to any workshop up to June 2022.
Covid
If you test positive for Covid it is advisable to self-isolate, so please let us know as soon as possible on 07984 887133 if this is the case. Please note we will not be able to offer a refund for your fees as this may make the whole course unviable. However depending on the course numbers that day, we may be able to offer a partial credit against another course in the future, on a case-by-case basis, if you ask nicely!
Gift Vouchers
If you have a gift voucher for a Field Breaks Art course, please note that it is not refundable, but can be redeemed up to two years after the date of purchase . Due to covid, gift vouchers issued in November 2019 are still valid up to the end of November 2022.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate holiday insurance, especially for residential breaks, to cover risks such as cancellation, including cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, loss or ill health as Field Breaks Art cannot be held responsible.
Privacy
Field Breaks Art does not share any data with any other organisation, including email and postal addresses. No bank account or card details are kept in any form once a transaction has taken place and are destroyed immediately.
